L7 have shared their first new song in eighteen years, ‘Dispatch from Mar-a-Lago’, via Pitchfork.

This politically charged skewering of US President Donald Trump is the first of two new songs to be released via Don Giovanni Records.

The band will also soon be releasing their new documentary ‘Pretend We’re Dead’. Produced by Blue Hats Creative, the film looks at the band’s career and influence, featuring never before seen live footage and interviews with the likes of Garbage’s Shirley Manson, Brody Dalle, Krist Novoselic and more. It will be globally released on DVD, Blu-Ray and digital streaming on the 13th October. You can watch the trailer below.
