Watch Wayste perform ‘Past Belongings Pt. II’ in session

By Glen Bushell

Last autumn, German hardcore band Wayste released their excellent ‘No Innocence’ EP. Shortly after the band peformed ‘Past Belongings Pt.II’ in session at Ghost City Recordings, and today we are bringing you an exclusive look at the video below.

“Three months ago we had the chance to visit Ghost City Studios somewhere close to Nuremberg in South Germany,” say the band of the session. “It’s literally in the middle of nowhere, the streets don’t even have names, they’re just numbered. So when we arrived we weren’t sure if that was the right place until Jan, Maurice, Lukas and Alex welcomed us, being the nicest dudes this world has ever yielded. The studio appeared to be very professional and hilariously well equipped, including several rooms for the bands to sleep in, delicious olive oil in massive tanks, a Playstation 4 with tons of games, a lot of lifestyle-gaining furnishings and a Korg Miku pedal. So thank you so much Ghost City Recordings, we’d always love to come back!”
