Zebrahead get excited about Camden Rocks as the festival reveals stage times

By Ben Tipple

Camden Rocks have revealed the full-stage times for this year’s event, set to take place on Saturday across the London borough. The event hosts performances by around 200 bands across twenty venues, plus a couple of after-parties.

The event features an appearance by Californian pop-punks Zebrahead, who take to the Underworld at 19:45. We asked the band for their Camden memories.

“I was on the tube with a friend after our show and she had a bottle of Jack in her purse,” the band responses. “We had heard that there were riots going on and a few sketchy dudes jumped on. They were harassing some people as they were walking by and saw us. I could tell they wanted to get into something. I was taking a swig from the bottle and offered it to one of the guys. He wasn’t sure if he wanted to fight me or hug me… He grabbed the bottle and took a big gulp. We ended up drinking with all his friends till our stop came up. Gotta love Camden…and JACK!!”

Camden Rocks kicks off at midday on Saturday. For some idea of who to check out, read our guide here.
