Since the re-release of the ‘Failure//Control’ EP this past November, Philadelphia slam metal outfit Varials, has been relatively quiet, aside from touring. That quiet time has not gone to waste however, as the group has premiered their new single and video ‘Bite’ off of their split EP with Vicious Embrace, titled ‘Absolution.’
Channeling the groups darker side, ‘Bite’ incorporates the mosh inducing riffs Varials are known for, with an added spark of creativity. Along with the opening track ‘Iota,’ the quintets rise to prominence can only continue to skyrocket in 2016.
‘Absolution’ is available to stream on Youtube, while Varials side of the split is available for purchase via their Bandcamp.
