Stream Beach Slang’s new LP, ‘A Loud Bash of Teenage Feelings’

By Ben Tipple

Beach Slang are streaming their new LP, ‘A Loud Bash of Teenage Feelings’ in full over on The Independent.

“This was my first go at it and as it turns out, it was necessary, to hit the timeline that I wanted,” front-person James Alex tells the paper, speaking of writing the record on the road. “For me, it’s important to put out a record a year. If you’re in a rock n’ roll band you really have two strings to your bow; you write songs and you play shows. It shouldn’t be hard right? And I never want this thing to get stale, whether that be for us or people that listen to us, I always want this thing to be full of life. So, in order to hit the time line, we had to record it in this little window we had between tours, so I had to write it on the road and I loved it, I really fell in love with the process.”

For more on the record, and to stream ‘A Loud Bash Of Teenage Feelings’ in full, head to The Independent.

The record will be available from the 23rd September 2016 through Big Scary Monsters. They’ll be playing a handful of UK shows to celebrate.
