Skid Row to play Decon!

That’s right, Punktastic can exclusively reveal that 80’s hair metallers Skid Row have been added to the Deconstruction Tour line-up.

The band, famed for the song ‘I Remember You’ which has been covered by The Ataris and Glasseater, will only play the London date on June 3 in Finnsbury Park.

Spokesman for the band, Uno Avrilo, told Punktastic that the band “couldn’t wait” to play.

Mr Avrilo said: “The band cannot wait to play such a world famous pop festival. I’ve never heard of Lagwagon or Lostprophets, but I’m sure the crowd will love Skid Row!”

Although the news will surely come as a shock to punk fans, Mr Avrilo claimed that they would have one or two surprises up their sleeves.

“There will be pyro and a big lights show, and then there’s the grand finale of pig’s flying across the stage.”

He added that the news, broken exclusively to Punktastic on April 1, was the best Easter present any punk rock fan could wish for.
