Former Brightonians, now Londoners Sauna Youth have unveiled the official video for ‘The Bridge’. The video arrives as the band plot their first European tour for next year, and gear up to release ‘The Bridge’ 7″ on the 15th January via Upset The Rhythm.
“I think the best part of planning the video was when me, Rich and Jen [of Sauna Youth] tried to learn the electric slide in their livingroom,” says video director Maria Cecilia Tedemalm. “There had been no rehearsals before the shoot and so a lot of the shots where improvised on the day. I like how the usual “polished” look of a choreographed dance video is paired with a punk song and a gritty aesthetic.”
