The bassist and vocalist of Fat Wreck’s Zero Down has died. Jim Cherry, who also played in Strung Out and Pulley, died on Saturday night from a drugs overdose.
A statement of www.fatwreck.com reads: “We lost a good friend this weekend. Jim Cherry from Zero Down (ex Pulley, Strung Out) died Saturday night from a drug overdose.
“We don’t know any more details right now, but we will post more about this when we get further information. All we know is that he was a loved member of the Fat family and we miss him very much.
