Punktastic Presents: Losing Sleep album release show

By Ben Tipple

To celebrate the release of their debut full-length, ‘Fear Of Missing Out, Losing Sleep will be playing a release show at London’s Birthdays presented by us here at Punktastic.

The band will be joined by the excellent The Winter Passing and Personal Best on the 15th January 2016. It’s free. Totally free.

‘Fear Of Missing Out’ will be available via Beach Community and Failure By Design, with Dog-Eared Records handling things stateside. A 12″ vinyl will be released through Beach Community, with Failure By Design releasing the CD. It all drops on the 15th January – the same day as the show (see what we did).

Full details of the show are available on Facebook. We can’t wait!

To celebrate the imending celebrations, Losing Sleep have released a celebratory video for ‘People In Glass Houses Sink Ships’.

“We sent Eric Ayote the song ‘People In Glass Houses Sink Ships’ & let him have free reign,” Losing Sleep’s Sean says of the record. “We didn’t tell him what the song meant to us, we just wanted to see what he came out with and this is what we got back. Eric told us he directed and wrote the video around an idea he already had, but strangely and coincidentally there are times when both align together perfectly, the words and story intertwining in and out and meeting in the middle. We couldn’t be more excited and proud of how the song and the video came out.”
