It’s not quite the new Moneen material we may have been hoping for, but it’s a brand new Moneen release nonetheless. The band have teamed up with current tour mates Moving Mountains for a split EP, featuring a cover of each others’ tracks.
Following Moving Mountains’ split with Prawn (who are also playing these US shows), the release sees Moneen cover ‘Armslength’ from Moving Mountains’ ‘Foreword’ EP, and the latter covering ‘Great Escape’ from Moneen’s ‘The World I Want To Leave Behind’.
Both songs will be available properly from tomorrow [18th December 2015] via Dine Alone Records, but are streaming online courtesy of Brooklyn Vegan, who also chatted to the bands about each other.
