Never ones to shy away from the experimental, the latest Fucked Up project sees them team up with Nunavut, Canada based throat singer Tanya Tagaq. The result, ‘Our Own Blood’, is over 30 minutes long.
Both acts are critically celebrated in their native Canada, as well as further afield. Their collaboration is removed from Fucked Up’s usual ferocity, providing an ambient, layered and often minimalistic listen.
