The Leeds Festival will go ahead at the Temple Newsam site after magistrates in Leeds decided just hours ago to give the festival the green light.
In an apparent change of heart, Leeds City Council came to this morning’s appeal and unsurprisingly changed their minds, to the dismay of many local residents, but to the joy of 50,000 music fans.
