I The Mighty release new video for ‘Pet Names’

By Dylan Tuck

Ahead of their appearance at Reading & Leeds next weekend, I The Mighty have dropped a new video for their song ‘Pet Names’. The track is taken from the band’s latest release ‘Where The Mind Wants To Go/Where You Let It Go’, which was released through Equal Vision Records last year.

Speaking about the new video, frontman Brent Walsh said ‘Everyone has gone through a rough break up at some point. While the song deals with sorting through that relatable process in an unhealthy way, we thought it would be fun for the video to do the exact opposite, giving you our 21 step process for getting over a rough break up. Unlike any video we’ve made yet, much of our time filming was spent improvising and having tons of fun experimenting with different ideas.’
