Hevy Fest announce acoustic acts and late-night entertainment

By Ben Tipple

Hevy Fest will be putting on a handful of acoustic acts on the second stage to entertain the Thursday crowd. Rob Lynch, Oxygen Thief, Chas Palmer-Williams, Bad Ideas, The Lion & The Wolf and Marc Halls will take to the stage in the evening, following the opening of the gates at 14:00.

Criticisms related to late-night goings-on will also be quashed following the announcement that UPRAWR will be hosting their club night on the Friday and Saturday nights on-site. UPRAWR are veterans in playing hardcore, pop-punk and metal. It’s going to get messy!

Hevy Fest takes place on the 14th, 15th and 16th August with headliners Finch and The Vandals heading to Port Lympne in Kent. Other acts include Crime In Stereo, Moose Blood and Deez Nuts, to name a few.

A small number of tickets are still available at £69 before the price is raised. Grab them now.
