This July, a classic punk festival is set to invade Blackpool, and you can be there!
The Holidays In The Sun festival first started way back in 1996, and has grown from strength to strength. The 2002 version, set to hit Blackpool’s Winter Gardens on July 19, 20 and 2, will see 95 bands invading three stages, all under the same roof.
The likes of the Dead Kennedys, Capdown, Lightyear, Consumed, Suicidal Tendencies and the US Bombs are just a few of the huge array of punk bands that are set to play.
And thanks to the organisers, four lucky Punktastic readers will be able to walk away with a pair of tickets to the event, in a competition that will be heading your way very soon.
But to whet your appetite for a festival that is surely going to rock your socks off, here are the bands that you can go and see:
