Rumours are abound this evening that The Lost Weekend festival in London has been cancelled.
The festival, due to be held in July, would have played host to The Hives, The Vandals and Unwritten Law amongst others.
But it is believed that the festival may well have been axed. No official statement has been given to confirm these reports, although Punktastic believes more news will be released tomorrow.
Punktastic contacted The Vandals HQ late this evening to see what was going on, but a spokeswoman admitted that it was the first she had heard of it.
And q quick phone call to Vandals member Joe Escalante didn’t help, as he also admitted that he knew nothing of the event being pulled.
