Funeral For A Friend delay their final London shows

By Ben Tipple

With the structural integrity of the Shepherds Bush Empire, the original venue for the final Funeral For A Friend London shows, still in question, the band have moved their farewell shows to the Kentish Town Forum in May.

“Unfortunately due to the ongoing structural issues at the O2 Shepherds Bush we’ve been forced to move both London shows to a new date and venue,” the band announced. “Our final London shows will now take place on Friday 20th and Saturday the 21st of May at the O2 Forum in Kentish Town. All original tickets remain valid but an additional 300 tickets per night will be made available from Friday 26th of Feb from 9am.”

Additional tickets will be available from Gigs and Tours.

Those with single tickets how are no longer able to attend can get refunds from the point of purchase, as can those with double tickets who can’t attend either. Those with double tickets who can’t attend one of the shows need to act fast, as Funeral For A Friend explain:

“For double show ticket holders: if you are unable to attend both nights you can get a full refund at point of purchase. If you can only make one show and not the other contact your point of purchase before 9am Friday and you will be able to get a full refund and purchase a single day ticket. Once general tickets go on sale Friday 9am we won’t be able to do this so get in quick if this applies to you.”
