Death Cab EP details

More info on the new Death Cab EP: “”The John Byrd EP” is the new 7-track CD-EP, featuring live tracks taken from the 2004 spring Transatlanticism tour. Recorded by Chris Walla and the band’s bearded and mysterious touring sound guy, John Byrd, the EP’s 7 tracks include songs spanning the band’s career (as well as the never-before-released cover of Sebadoh’s “Brand New Love”) and some hilarious between-song banter. This limited release was made as a little something special for the record stores and fans that have supported us since the release of Something About Airplanes way back in ’98, and will be available in select stores on March 1. You can pick up the CD-EP from the Barsuk website (along with a limited edition t-shirt, which you can also buy from us separately if you’re going out on the town to pick up the CD) here.”
