As they prepare to take to Reading and Leeds Festival this weekend, Dead! have unveiled their new track, ‘Something More Original’.
“It’s about people who aren’t happy but who just sit around and don’t try to improve their situation,” says Alex. “Whether this band happens or whether we crumble, we’re fucking trying.”
The track’s title is a tongue-in-cheek acceptance of their sound. “’Something More Original’ is just a good, fast, British rock song,” adds Sam.
The band follow Reading and Leeds as support for SWMRS on their UK tour.
