Belltown split… or do they?

By

Punktastic favourites Belltown nearly broke our hearts this morning when they announced the end of the band as we know it.

The band, in a press release sent earlier today, cites the 9 months of “pointless” legal wrangling with a major record label as the reason for the drastic step, which means the band’s debut album may now never see the light of day.

In a fantastic turn of fate, however, the band have revealed that this will not be the last we hear of Daniel, Damir and Christian; simply re-badging themselves as “At The Moment”, the threesome are all set to release an EP through Pop Music Records later this month.

Check out the band’s website at www.at-the-moment.cjb.net, where you can (among other things) download a copy of the first track from the EP, “My Fate, My Burden”, and stay tuned to Punktastic for a review of the new material.
