American Football announce first album in 17 years and stream new song

After a couple of brief teaser videos, Midwestern indie legends American Football have announced the release of their first album in 17 years.

The self-titled affair will be released on October 21st via Wichita/Polyvinyl, and will feature the new single, ‘I’ve Been So Lost For So Long’, which the band have also unveiled today.

American Football made their return in 2014 with a series of critically acclaimed live shows, and will continue their run in the new year with a London headline show on February 11th at The Shepherds Bush Empire. Tickets for the show are on sale August 26th.
