The Gulps premiere new track ‘The King’s House’

The Gulps have premiered their new track ‘The King’s House’.

The Gulps, an invigorating new London band taste the air with a unique take on classic power pop, fuelled by the drive of rock music at its best, with a sound that blends the energy of punk with a refined pop sensibility.

Swagger, energy and enthusiasm bond together to make an exciting and engaging mix that invites the listener to a boys/girls club that’s open for all.

The band has been playing all around the UK and France, London, Paris, Bournemouth, Portsmouth, Sheffield among other cities. Headlining classic venues: The Dublin Castle, New Cross In, Le Truskel, etc, and also playing in well known festivals such as Byline festival, Camden Rocks, Soma Fest and Alma Street Fest.

2019 is panning out to be a busy year from the outset with future dates confirmed in Nantes, Leeds, Portsmouth, London with more to be announced.

July 2018 saw the band spend a week at The Doghouse Studios recording their debut EP “In The Kings House” with legendary producer and Killing Joke bassist Martin Glover “Youth”. The EP produced by “Youth” will be released on the 19th of April 2019 by his new label “Youth Sounds”.

To celebrate its launch the band will be presenting it on the 20th of April at Portobello’s Mau Mau Bar sharing the stage with Alex Patterson, Youth, Gaudi and a long list of incredible artists.
