Arms & Hearts reflects and strives forward on new EP, ‘Too Much Sleep, Not Enough Dreams’

By Aaron Lohan

Arms & Hearts, aka Steve Millar, is exclusively unveiling his upcoming new EP, ‘Too Much Sleep, Not Enough Dreams’, with us at Punktastic.

Producing the record with former Bad Ideas member Sam Cook, “an experience” that Millar “learnt so much from”, the four track EP picks up where last year’s ‘The Jaded Captain’ EP left off. Through gritty emotive folk punk, Millar explores themes of anguish, relationships, recollection and growth.

‘Too Much Sleep, Not Enough Dreams’ by Arms & Hearts will be released this Friday 12th May via Under the Bridge Records. Millar will also be playing the following UK shows with Mixtape Saints (solo).
