Boston Manor Video Premiere

By Maryam Hassan

Today we have a premiere from Blackpool’s Boston Manor for the music video for ‘Peach State’. The track is taken from their upcoming EP ‘Driftwood’. Check out the video below:

The EP is all about starting over and moving on to a new chapter of your life, something we can all relate too whether we’re teenage or about to turn 30 (you know all you are ALL scared of that!). Boston Manor back this theme up with bursts of punk-rock vitality, which we all know is the ideal recipe for sing-alongs. We all love a good sing-along

Henry (vocals) says about ‘Peach State’ that it “is a pretty negative song. It’s about knowing when to relinquish your faith in someone and only fully trust a person if you’re absolutely certain that they have your best interests at heart. We had some bad experiences with someone who offered to help us early on but instead just wasted a lot of our time. I suppose, in a sense, it’s also about trusting yourself to get stuff done rather than relying on other people.”
