South Wales based post-hardcore five-piece Falling With Style are set to release their new mini-album on the 30th March 2015. ‘Lost And Found’ will feature seven new tracks by the young upstarts, who already boast shows and tours alongside fellow Welsh rockers Kids In Glass Houses, Don Broco and Lower Than Atlantis. Their style however shares more in common with post-hardcore contemporaries.
On ‘Half Measures’, the lead track from ‘Lost And Found’, Falling With Style showcase their polished output – overlaying immediate hooks with heavy riffs and occasional screams. There’s a delicate balance between the clean and the heavy – one that harks back to post-hardcore stalwarts of the previous decade. Ultimately the track builds to a notable crescendo.
According to Falling With Style, ‘Half Measures’ represents “never regretting the mistakes you make, as they are lessons learnt along the way and have lead you to where you are today.”
‘Lost And Found’ will be available from the 30th March 2015. The band will also be performing at the Exchange in Bristol on the 28th January 2015.
