Modern Rituals are exclusively sharing their video for their brand new song, ‘Protrusion’, with us at Punktastic.
This bizarre stop motion fuelled video manages to blend seamlessly well with the London/Bristol act’s new tune, which swimmingly rises and falls in a display of post punk noise and melody.
“The idea of a protrusion is vague and absurd,” states vocalist/guitarist Harry Fanshawe. “I wanted to try out some home made stop motion for this video, so I went for something equally as vague and absurd, with my own limitations very much in the fore.”
‘Protrusion’ is featured on Modern Rituals’ upcoming split EP with Brunch, which will be released on the 12th May via Sonic Anhedonic and can be pre-ordered here. Both bands will also be going on a UK tour this May. You can find the dates for this, as well as Modern Rituals’ other upcoming shows, below.
