On June 16th 2016, the tragic shooting at Orlando’s Pulse nightclub rocked the world. 49 people lost their lives that day, which is now the deadliest incident of violence against the LGBT community in history. However, in various shows of solidarity, people have come together across the world to help raise money for the victims and families of those effected by tragedy.
It is with great pleasure that we are able to team up with our friends at Ronald Records to bring you the first in their new series of ‘Secret Society’ benefit compilations, from which all proceeds will be donated to the OneOrlando fund. It features 25-tracks from all artists on label’s roster, such as Boy On Guitar, Pity Party, and Glacier Veins, as well contributions from The World Is a Beautiful Place and I am No Longer Afraid to Die, Stepbrothers, and more.
“We will be releasing one to two benefit compilations per year to support worthy causes that are near and dear to our hearts,” says Jonathan Jennings, who runs Ronald Records. “They will be available in digital and physical form at a suggested donation amount, with the option of also donating more if you are able to, in hopes of as many people as possible being able to lend a helping hand.”
For physical copies, and for more information about the compilation, visit the Ronald Records. Further details about the campaign itself, and other ways to donate can be found at OneOrlando.
