First play of the new video from A Room Swept White

By Glen Bushell

For Surrey-based post-hardcore band A Room Swept White, their new track is a statement of intent. They are here to show they are back, and today we are bringing you the first look at the video for the aforementioned track, ‘Revival’.

“We wanted to create something hard-hitting to not only let people know that we’re back stronger than ever before with new and developed material, but to get ourselves mentally in the right frame of mind,” says drummer James Farrant. “We developed the song ‘Revival’ to describe the inner feeling of not being where you want to be, but picking yourself up and carrying on no matter the cost. Musically, the song is aggressive to say the least, but lyrically it focuses on optimism and ignoring those who have ever doubted us. We had a rough idea of where we wanted to go with the video, but Scott from Dark North Media made the entire process so simple and straightforward. We had an incredible day on set filming and we’re beyond excited to reveal not just the new single and video, but this new chapter for A Room Swept White. The Revival is here.”
