First play of ‘Silicone Daydream’, the new EP from Dissolve

By Glen Bushell

It’s been over a year since we heard anything from Dissolve. The shoegaze band from Kent/London have been taking their time following up their debut EP, ‘Blue’, and have now returned with the excellent ‘Silicone Daydream’.

Building on the sound they started with ‘Blue’, the quartet have amplified their brand of alternative/slacker rock with added haze and layers of reverb. Recorded with Martin Ruffin (Bossk, Natalie Evans) at In Lieu of a Studio, Dissolve have been brought to life on ‘Silicone Daydream’, which we are excited to bring you a first listen to below.
