Bloody Death, the one man indie rock project of Ted Foster, is exclusively streaming his new seven track fourth EP, ‘For Certain’, with us at Punktastic.
Based in Brighton, Foster writes and performs all the songs under the Bloody Death moniker. This record captures his take on introspective lo-fi indie punk in a neat little package.
Touching upon the recording and writing process, Foster explains,  “I started writing this EP whilst in-between houses, it took my mates and I about 2 months to find a new house, we stayed on our friends sofa for the whole time. When writing songs, generally I’ll write a riff/chord progression first and record it on my phone’s voice memo thing, then i’ll come back to it and write lyrics. Most of the songs on the EP are about relationships, platonic and non. They’re about my feelings towards these relationships.”
‘For Certain’ by Bloody Death will be available on limited cassette on the 16th December via Hanger Records and Sorbie Rd. Foster’s only upcoming show is at the Quadrant in Brighton with Pale Angels, Brvce Willis and Thom Weeks on the 20th December.
