Christmas is all but over. Yes, there’s still the leftover turkey to chow down on, and the family might not even be out the door just yet. But really, the next few days are about trying to digest all the chocolate you’ve force-fed yourself despite your stomach’s consistent objections, and the age old game of trying to work out just what meals you can make with 23 cold sprouts.
But all is not lost, because we’ve been busy compiling some of our favourite tracks of 2015 to keep you company in this no-mans-land between Christmas and New Year.
The playlist is by no means exhaustive. There’s plenty of stuff, even stuff that made our Best of 2015: The Album List, that isn’t on here. It’s more like a musical journey through the year. Each track appeared on our end of month playlists, chosen by an individual staff member or contributor as the best of the last 30ish days.
You can either whack it on shuffle and jump around the various songs that soundtracked our year, or listen to it in order for a musical journey through 2015.
We’re ready to do it all over again come 2016.
