Submitted by Edd: “This year will be the first annual London zine symposium, a day of celebration of zines and all things to do with independent media. It will be a day to bring together zinesters, and zine fans, to discuss and partake further in zine culture. The event will be held on 16th April, from 2 till 8pm, at a new autonomous central London social centre on 76-78 Gower Street. The event will have zine and distro stalls, vegan food and the building infoshop will be open. Workshops ? t-shirt customising, DIY distributing, zine tricks ?n? scams and an intro to web design (to name a few) ? and films ? zined! and $100 and a t-shirt ? will be shown throughout the day.
