Xerxes reveal ‘Chestnut Street’

By Ben Tipple

On ‘Chestnut Street’, Xerxes layer haunting screams reminiscent of Jeremy Bolm of Touche Amore’s emotive vocals over indie-punk riffs. Those new to the band may be surprised by the song’s direction following the upbeat opening moments.

‘Chestnut Street’ is taken from Xerxes’ forthcoming sophomore LP, ‘Collision Blonde’ due on the 21st October.
