Submitted by Lil: “Sorry to all their fans out on the European mainland but THE FILAMENTS have had to postpone their remaining dates of their 2 week European tour. A leak in the exhaust of their van led to the band receiving a fairly hefty dose of Carbon Monoxide poisoning. Being as CO2 has no smell or taste the band were lucky to find out in time, they are all fine and the van has been fixed up. However, as the poisoning has a pretty devastating effect on your respiratory system THE FILAMENTS have decided to return to UK to rest up. The band are back in Europe in early April and play in London on 20th March with DEADLINE + THE BONES + THE FOAMERS at The Garage (this is also the album Launch for The Foamers new album)”
