Taken from punknews.org: “According to TMZ, Weezer has filed a lawsuit against the Miller Brewing Company for the unauthorized use of their name in several advertisements ran in Rolling Stone magazine. The lawsuit goes on to claim that the ads were “grossly misleading and deceptive”, and feature endorsements by other bands and musical acts with whom Weezer “do not wish to be associated with in any advertisement.”
