So now that Belvedere and Consumed have split up, Strung Out and Strike Anywhere haven’t played over here for ages and No Use For A Name and Lagwagon haven’t released mindblowing albums in at least a couple of years, who’s going to fill the gap? Step forward Buzztone, who have just released their third EP, Last Place In The Rat Race. These guys are one of the most promising bands around right now and I urge anyone with even a casual liking of melodic, techy skate punk to check them out because I assure you, they will blow you away.
