The Wonder Years announce split with Motion City Soundtrack

The Wonder Years and Motion City Soundtrack will release a limited edition tour split 7″. Available initially to those who purchase, or have purchased, a VIP Package for the forthcoming US tour, general sale will begin on the 12th October 2015.

The record sees each band tackle the other’s music in a unique way. Having only shared the instrumental versions of songs from the then yet to be released ‘No Closer To Heaven’ and ‘Panic Stations’, Dan Campbell of The Wonder Years and Justin Pierre of Motion City Soundtrack went about writing their own lyrics and melodies to accompany the tracks.

The Wonder Years released the excellent ‘No Closer To Heaven‘ in early September, with ‘Panic Stations‘ by Motion City Soundtrack following later that month.
