To mark the start of Baseball season, legendary noise-rock band, The Melvins, are streaming a cover of ballpark favourite, ‘Take Me Out To The Ballgame’.
It is take from the bands forthcoming album, ‘Basses Loaded’, which is due for release on June 3rd via Ipecac. The album features no less than six different bass players, including Krist Novoselic (Nirvana), and J.D. Pinkus (Butthole Surfers).
The Melvins will also be in the UK later this year, headlining the Saturday night of the prestigious Temples Festivals on June 4th. Ticket are on sale now.
