If you haven’t had the pleasure of catching METZ live, their new video for ‘Spit It Out’ goes some way to capture the sensory experience. Directed by the band, the video mixes live footage and some seriously disorientating lighting effects to get across just a hint of what being in that pit is like.
The video follows the band’s announcement of new single ‘Eraser / Pure Auto’, available via Three One G and Sub Pop from the 22nd January 2016.
Finally, the band are also offering their contribution to 2013’s Adult Swim Singles Series, ‘Can’t Understand’. The single is available via Sub Pop, iTunes and Amazon.
All of this caps off a year which saw the band release the excellent ‘II’ LP. Phew!
