Having unveiled the track last month, MassMatiks have revealed the official video for ‘4AM’.
“‘4AM’ is about a time when my ex would call me up, drunk and bragging that she is seeing someone else,” vocalist George Peploe explains of the visceral new track. “There was this attitude that she was ‘winning’ the break up, but I soon came to realise that if she was so happy and so comfortable, then why would she need to tell me? People have experienced both sides of this story and I feel the to-the-point lyrics show the raw honesty and emotion of a break up that so many people have been through.”
MassMatiks will be headlining London’s Old Blue Last on the 13th July as well as appearing at Y Not Festival on the 21st. They will then hit the road with Allusondrugs in August.
