Brighton based Larkhill have unveiled the video for ‘Wasted & Stoned’, featuring footage recorded over the last year and pulled together by vocalist and guitarist Misael Trujillo.
“It’s been a crazy few months getting the new lineup sorted, getting used to playing some acoustic shows and driving furiously through Europe, along with planning an imminent move to Barcelona and the obvious strain which that involves on the band,” Trujillo explains.
“Making the video for ‘Wasted & Stoned’ was almost a personal catharsis, a reminder as to why I do it. It was always my favourite track of our self-titled EP and best summarises the sound we’re leaning towards on our next release.”
“We’ve got a bunch of new material coming out soon and it’s sounding better than ever, but it’s all about the awesome people you meet along the way. There’s nothing quite like being able to get in a car with some mate’s you met through playing gigs, driving through four countries and playing a show to new mates who you’ve just met.”
The track is taken from the band’s self-titled EP, released towards the end of 2015 and available on BandCamp.
