Leeds/London based duo, Kamikaze Girls, have unveiled music video for their new track, ‘Stitches.’
“The song itself is about anxiety towards being settled and not wanting to stay in the same place for too long, to the point of just getting rid of everything you own and moving away; something I did myself this time last year,” Guitarist Lucinda Livingstone told Upset Magazine. “With the video we wanted to recreate that feeling of being anxious and nervous and unsettled to the point where you’re almost dizzy from it and everything gets a little mixed up.
The track is taken from the bands forthcoming debut EP, ‘Sad’, which is released on September 2nd via Bearded Punk in the UK, and Wiretap Records in the US. Kamikaze also have a handful of live shows coming up, including a support slot to The Winter Passing, which you can see the dates for below, along with the video for ‘Stitches.’
