1. If you send us mail, please ensure it has the correct postage on it. Three times this week I’ve been told there are packages with charges to pay. They won’t be collected. If you can’t be arsed to take care to go to the post office, I can’t be arsed to pick up your package.
2. Please don’t email me saying ‘please visit our purevolume site and listen to my band’s MP3s…’ If you want a review please send a CD.
3. Please don’t email me asking for a contact address. Use the ‘contact us’ page down the left hand side of the main page. It becomes annoying when you have to write the same email a dozen times a day…
