Emo noiseniks Jerry Built are set to release their debut EP on Firefly Recordings, probably in August, according to bassist Sami.
Speaking exclusively to Punktastic, Sami told us that the new recording would have 7 tracks and was provisionally entitled ‘Upstart’.
He said: “It was due to come out in July, but unfortunately the actual recording of it took longer that we anticipated. We only justfinished the final mix yesterday!
“We’re still toying with a name for the damn thing! It’s so damn difficult. We’ve come up with so many different names but just can’t agree on one. We are toying with the idea of calling it ‘Upstart’ but that could quite easily change.”
Song titles confirmed for the record include ‘Receivers’, ‘A is B’, ‘Patience’, ‘Near You’, ‘Marriage’, ‘Genus’ and ‘You Are Yours’.
