Apparently Hellogoodbye left the stage at their show with Taking Back Sunday in Nottingham this week after being pelted with coins. In a message on myspace, the band said: “im really really really sorry we ended our set early in nottingham. it sucks really really really bad to do that especially when most of the crowd was awesome. but there were a few kids that were throwing quarters and stuff and we were all getting hit in the face. you can’t say anything about it cause it’ll just get worse, but you can’t not say anything about it cause it won’t stop and you can’t continue cause youre getting hit in the face with crap. to anyone that was there and wanted to see us im really sorry, we sold merch for cost and i apologized to everyone who came up to me. there was no way for us to tell where the stuff was coming from and no way to keep playing with the stuff coming. so many kids are so unbeleiveably uncompassionate. and i get more hurt by it everyday. i want so badly to make it up to everyone. but it gets so hard to do when kids are such jerks about it. i don’t know…”
