Here at Punktastic, we are always looking at ways of improving what we do for you. Our aim is, and has always been, to bring you the best music from across the globe – with a particular focus on new music.
We hope to bring bands to your attention who might otherwise have passed you by, to give them the visibility we think they deserve, and to support them as they progress.
With the start of the New Year upon us we’ve been having a think about how to do that better. We have a few very exciting changes in the pipeline that will push new music further to the forefront, and some other ones that will develop our role in the online and alternative community a bit more.
With all that in mind, we are making a few small changes that will allow us to focus our resources more effectively – starting with the removal of our Gigs section.
There are already great places where alternative and underground gigs are listed, and of course we will continue to post tour and show announcements on our news feed. The time we save will be used to support some of the exciting new things coming in the next few months.
This is just the start of an amazing 2015, so keep your eyes peeled.
