Me First and the Gimme Gimmes are recording a new record, Fat Wreck Chords have said.
Fat Mike’s fun-packed fivesome look set to release a new record later this year. And the label’s latest newsletter gives some pretty cryptic information about it.
The label said: “The Gimmes have been seen out on the streets of SF…carousing and causing trouble no doubt. But you know that can mean only one thing: the Gimmes are working on a new record!
“When pressed for further details, the band responds cryptically and cites Vanessa Williams lyrics. Come to think of it, Fat Mike has been cruising around in his Lincoln an awful lot lately… ”
