According to ap.net, Escape The Fate singer Ronnie Radke “pleaded guilty January 18 to one charge of battery with substantial bodily harm,” and has been sentenced to five years probation, and must pay $100,000 in restitution fees to the family of Michael Cook, the victim of a deadly brawl which took place in May of 2006. As part of Radke’s sentence, he is unable to transfer his probation to another state, which could prevent him from touring. And according to the same article, a source close to the band claims that Radke and Escape The Fate have parted ways, but the statement is unconfirmed and Epitaph Records has declined comment.
