Canadian punks Chastity stream new track, ‘Saliva’

By Ben Tipple

Hailing from Whitby, Ontario, Chastity have unleashed their new track ‘Saliva’, and it’s a ferocious scuzzy punk banger. Adding a little more melody to the likes of METZ, the track is born from social inequality.

“Saliva isn’t about skateboarding, it isn’t about fucking. It’s about conscience,” says Brandon Williams. “Over the summer as it’s been played it’s become less and less about me, and become more about anyone who has been spat in the face by someone who may not even have the conscience to realise.”

‘Saliva’ will be available on tape via Hand Drawn Dracula on 13th November 2015. Chastity will be playing Mutations Festival in Brighton with the likes of Lightning Bolt, METZ and Ought on the 28th and 29th November.
