The Bombjacks have signed a massive deal to have their forthcoming All-Star Recordings album released in Japan. The deal will see the LP released on the Culture Convenience Club label in the Far East and it is thought is worth a six-figure sum. Drummer Pete told Punktastic that the label was ‘massive’ over in the Land of the Rising Sun. He added: “It should be pretty interesting as they’re promising pretty big things. I’ll believe it when I’m on the plane to Japan though! I play in my favourite band and that’s not something a lot of people can say. This Japanese deal is interesting because they’ve got some other metal band, I think it’s Number One son, who have sold 30,000 copies of their album in a month and the Japs are saying we’re going to match that which is astounding frankly.” We want to be among the first to congratulate the band and label and wish them every success.
